An Intimate Evening with Christy Copeland
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Cope Land Counseling invites you to a special evening designed for women who are ready to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
The Exhale Experience is an intimate gathering hosted by Christy Copeland, LPC, created as a space where women can step away from the pressures of life and simply exhale. Many of us have spent years being strong for everyone else—carrying responsibilities, holding emotions together, and pushing through exhaustion without pause. This evening is your invitation to slow down and prioritize your mental and emotional well-being.
Through meaningful conversation, guided reflection, and calming self-care experiences, Christy will lead attendees through a powerful time of restoration and renewal. This experience is designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your inner peace, and walk away with practical tools for protecting your mental health.
Guests will also be among the first to celebrate the release of Christy Copeland’s newest book, “Growing in the Swamp,” a powerful reflection on finding purpose and strength in life’s most difficult seasons.
This event is intentionally designed to be small and personal, allowing space for genuine connection, healing conversations, and a relaxed atmosphere.
If life has felt heavy, overwhelming, or nonstop… this is your moment to breathe again.
Join us for an evening where you can finally exhale.

New Book Release by Christy Copeland, LPC
Growth doesn’t always happen in comfortable places.
Sometimes it happens in the very environments we prayed to escape.
Cope Land Counseling is proud to announce the release of “Growing in the Swamp,” the newest book by Christy Copeland, Licensed Professional Counselor, speaker, and founder of Cope Land Counseling Center in Longview, Texas.
In this powerful and deeply reflective book, Christy explores the hidden seasons of life—the ones filled with uncertainty, emotional pressure, grief, and spiritual stretching. Drawing from her experience as a mental health professional and her personal journey, she reveals how some of the most difficult environments in life can also become the places where the deepest growth occurs.
Using the imagery of a swamp—murky, misunderstood, and often avoided—Christy invites readers to see their struggles through a different lens. What may feel like stagnation or survival may actually be a season where strength, resilience, and purpose are quietly developing beneath the surface.
Growing in the Swamp speaks to anyone who has ever felt stuck, overlooked, or uncertain about their season in life. Through honest reflection and powerful insights, the book reminds readers that even in life’s most uncomfortable environments, growth is still possible.
You are not stuck.
You are being strengthened.
And even in the swamp… you are still growing.
